Your Responsibilities:
There are certain responsibilities where you will:
- Calculate the commission from the brokers and verify it.
- Process insurance deals for new policies, new deals, and endorsements, as well as cancellations of deals in EPIC.
- Cash collection process and ownership of billing
- Dealing with internal as well as external stakeholders to resolve all the issues with deals
- Gaining expertise in the Broker Management System
- Assisting the finance team with reconciliation, journal entries, payables, and other duties included
- Assisting in administrative and operational tasks like payment schedules and ad hoc tasks
Your Qualification
You should have:
- More than 2 years of experience working as an administrator or in customer service, insurance, or finance
- You should be obsessed with currency and detail-oriented.
- Should have the ability to work with collaboration in a hybrid or remote environment.
- Should have experience with insurance industries like EPIC, etc.
